Section 1(4) of the Offender Management Act 2007 is amended as follows.

For the definition of “community order” substitute—

“community order” means—

a

a community order within the meaning given by section 200 of the Sentencing Code;

b

a youth rehabilitation order within the meaning given by section 173 of the Sentencing Code;

For the definition of “suspended sentence order” substitute—

“suspended sentence order” has the meaning given by section 286 of the Sentencing Code;
