310 E+W In section 34(2)(b)(i) of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015, for “section 14(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 82 of the Sentencing Code ”.
