In regulation 2(1) of the Primary Ophthalmic Services Regulations 2008, in the definition of “secure training centre”, for “under section 100 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (offenders under 18: detention and training orders)” substitute “ within the meaning given by section 233 of the Sentencing Code ”.
