44 E+W In section 17A(4)(b) of the MCA 1980—

(a) for “section 3 or (if applicable) 3A of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 14 or (if applicable) 15 of the Sentencing Code ”;

(b) for “subsection (2)” substitute “ subsection (1)(b) ”.
