161 Confiscation orders under other Acts E+W

For provision about confiscation orders, see—

(a) the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, or

(b) in relation to an offence committed before 24 March 2003—

(i) the Drug Trafficking Act 1994;

(ii) Part 6 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
