Guidance by Secretary of State U.K.

27 (1) The Secretary of State may give guidance to planning authorities in relation to the exercise of their functions under this Schedule. U.K.

(2) A planning authority must have regard to the guidance.

(3) The guidance may make different provision for different cases.

(4) The guidance may be varied or revoked.
