57U.K.In its application to the discharge of water into the canal, paragraph 10(5) of Schedule 2 has effect subject to the terms of any conditions attached to the consent under paragraph 56(2) and, where such discharge includes a deposit to which consent has been given under paragraph 56(1), to any conditions attached to that consent.
