36U.K.Where by virtue of section 16B of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 (commission of certain sexual acts outside the United Kingdom) an act done outside the United Kingdom constitutes an offence under the law of Scotland, that offence is an “excluded offence” in Scotland.
