Schedule 5Tri-service serious crime unit

Section 81 (general interpretation) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), at the appropriate place insert—
“tri-service serious crime unit” means the unit described in section 375(1A) of the Armed Forces Act 2006;

In subsection (6)(b), for the words from “serving” to the end substitute
serving—
i
with that force,
ii
with another of those police forces, or
iii
with the tri-service serious crime unit.
