26In section 48 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (material communicated to the Crown in the course of public business), in subsection (6), for “, a clinical commissioning group established under section 14D of the National Health Service Act 2006,” substitute “, an integrated care board established under section 14Z25 of the National Health Service Act 2006,”.
