SCHEDULE 10 E+W+S Surrender of licences: minor and consequential amendments

PART 1 E+W+S Amendments to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988

14 (1) Section 89 (interpretation) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (1), omit the definition of “authorised person”.

(3) In subsection (1), in the definition of “chief officer of police”, omit “(except in the definition of “authorised person”)”.
