SCHEDULE 7 U.K.Maritime enforcement

4 U.K.In section 28N (enforcement powers in relation to ships: Scotland)—

(a) in subsection (1) for the words from “An immigration officer” to “enforcement officer” substitute “A Scottish constable”, and

(b) in subsection (3)—

(i) omit “an immigration officer,”, and

(ii) omit “or an enforcement officer”.
