Part 1 U.K. Local elections in Northern Ireland

2 U.K. In section 96 (provisions applying to all persons reported personally guilty of a corrupt or illegal practice)—

(a) omit “or” at the end of subsection (3A)(b);

(b) after subsection (3A)(b) insert—

“(ba) a corrupt practice under paragraph 5ZA of that Schedule (handling of postal voting documents by political campaigners); or”.
