Part 1 U.K. Local elections in Northern Ireland

4 U.K. In section 112 (incapacities resulting from convictions for corrupt or illegal practices)—

(a) omit “or” at the end of subsection (1A)(b);

(b) after subsection (1A)(b) insert—

“(ba) a corrupt practice under paragraph 5ZA of Schedule 9 (handling of postal voting documents by political campaigners); or”.
