15 (1) Schedule 1 to the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (category 1 and 2 responders) is amended as follows.

(b) after paragraph (c) insert “, and

(d) an MPI licence.”

(3) In paragraph 30, in sub-paragraph (2)—
