68U.K.The regulations may make provision for the Regulator to pay into the Consolidated Fund or the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland sums received in consequence of—
(a)provision made by or under the regulations, or
(b)a condition of a heat network authorisation, code manager licence or installation and maintenance licence.
