Schedule 22Pavement licences

This paragraph applies in relation to a pavement licence which is in force immediately before the commencement date and which—
a
was granted with no limit on its duration, or
b
was deemed to be granted under section 3(9) of the 2020 Act.

A pavement licence to which this paragraph applies expires at the end of the period of two years beginning with the commencement date.
