Schedule 4 E+W Combined county authorities: consequential amendments

Local Transport Act 2008 (c. 26) E+W

180 (1) Section 102E (power to establish STBs) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (5), after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) a combined county authority;”.

(3) In subsection (6), after paragraph (a) (but before the “or” at the end of that paragraph) insert—

“(aa) the area of a combined county authority,”.
