2 In section 242 (protected information: restriction on disclosure by registrar), in subsection (3)—

(a) omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (a);

(b) at the end of paragraph (b) insert “, or

(c) as permitted by section 1110F (general powers of disclosure by the registrar).”
