115 Short title and extent.

This Act may be cited as the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949.

This Act, except Part III thereof and so much of this Part thereof as relates to the said Part III, shall not extend to Scotland; and this Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
