An Act to make better Provision respecting certain Fees payable to the Law Officers of the Crown for England.
[10th August 1872]
All fees payable to or to the credit of any law officer or his clerk . . . F1 on account of . . . F1 any gift, grant, or writing under the Great Seal, or any warrant for the same, or on account of any business in respect of which a salary is for the time being paid to such law officer out of moneys provided by Parliament, shall be paid to such person and in such manner as the Treasury may from time to time direct, and shall be carried to the Consolidated Fund.
