ROADS AND BRIDGES, SCOTLAND

This Order brings into force—on 21st October 1991, with the exception of sections 43 and 44, the provisions of Part II (New Roads in Scotland) and various provisions of Part V (General) of, and Schedule 8 and one consequential repeal in Schedule 9 to, the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (“the Act”); andon 1st November 1991, sections 43 and 44 and various provisions of Part V of, and Schedules 8 and 9 to, the Act.
