The British Coal Staff Superannuation Scheme (Modification) Regulations 1994

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 22(1) of, and paragraph 2(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8) and (11) and paragraph 5(1) and (2) of Schedule 5 to, the Coal Industry Act 19941 and of all other enabling powers, after consulting, in accordance with paragraph 2(13) of Schedule 5 to that Act, with the British Coal Corporation and the trustee of the British Coal Staff Superannuation Scheme, hereby makes the following Regulations—
