The Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1994 No. 3188 (C. 76)

2.  The provisions of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (“the Act”) specified in article 3 below shall come into force on 3rd January 1995.
