Any irregularity resulting from failure to comply with any provisions of these Rules shall not of itself render the proceedings void.

Clerical mistakes in any written statement of a determination (including any direction made under section 151(2) of the Pension Schemes Act) or errors arising in such a document from an accidental slip or omission, may be corrected by the Pensions Ombudsman by certificate under his hand.
