The Litter Control Areas (Amendment) Order 1997

The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 90(1) and (2) of the Environmental Protection Act 19901, and sections 63 and 75(3) and (4) of the Environment Act 19952, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and the Secretary of State for Scotland, as respects Scotland, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 90(1) and (2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—
