The requirement under section 25C(3)(a) that a strategic plan of a distributing body must contain a statement of any direction given to that body by the Secretary of State under section 26(1) or 43C(1) shall, in relation to such plan of the Arts Council of Wales, the Sports Council for Wales, the National Lotteries Charity Board and the New Opportunities Fund, have effect so that any such strategic plan must also include a statement of any such direction given by the Assembly and section 25C(4) shall be construed accordingly.
