2.—(1) The provisions of the Act specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st January 2001 as respects England(1).
(2) The provisions of the Act specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st February 2001 as respects England.
(3) The provisions of the Act specified in Part III of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
(4) The provisions of the Act specified in Part IV of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st June 2001 as respects England.
As to the exercise of the power to bring sections 145 to 150 into force as respects Wales see section 275(2) and 276(2) of the Act.
