For the purposes of the determination to be made by Transport for London under section 241(1) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 immediately before 1st January 2001, the requirements of sections 242 and 243 of that Act referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) of section 241(1) are the requirements imposed by those enactments as amended by section 151 of the Act.
