Sections 78(2), (3), (4) and (5) of the Arbitration Act 1996 shall apply to arbitrations conducted in accordance with the Scheme, subject to the following modification.

In subsection (2)—
a
omit “If or to the extent that there is no such agreement,”;
b
after “periods of time” insert “provided for in any provision of this Part”.
