Revocation of unnecessary provision

455.  In article 2(1) of the Financial Services (Disclosure of Information) (Designated Authorities) (No. 8) Order 1994 (designation of authorities and specification of functions), the words “section 180(3) of the Financial Services Act 1986 and” are revoked.
