Interpretation of the 1974 Regulations
368. In paragraph 3 of regulation 1(1) of the Local Authority (Stocks and Bonds) Regulations 1974 (Title, commencement and interpretation), in the definition of “negotiable bonds”, for “Part IV of the Financial Services Act 1986” substitute “Part 6 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000”.
