3.—(1) Regulations 46 to 49 of the 2001 Regulations and regulation 4 of the Representation of the People (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2001(1) are hereby revoked.
(2) The Representation of the People (Form of Canvass) (England and Wales) Regulations 2001(2) are hereby revoked.
