Representation of the People (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 No. 1872 (S. 7)

Citation, interpretation and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Representation of the People (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2002.

(2) In these Regulations–

“the 2001 Regulations” means the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 2001(1); and

“the 1983 Act” means the Representation of the People Act 1983(2).

(3) These Regulations shall extend to Scotland only.
