PART I U.K. Purposes prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 5(3)(e) of Schedule 1 to the 1994 Act

3.  Proceeding to a place at which the vehicle will be available for use for a purpose specified in paragraph 5(3)(a) or (b) of Schedule 1 to the 1994 Act and remaining temporarily at such a place so as to be available for such use. U.K.
