19.—(1) In Article 48 of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 M1 (the employment medical advisory service), at the end of paragraph (4) add “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
(2) In Article 50 of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 (supplementary) after “fully registered medical practitioner” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
