Explanatory Note

This Order brings into force on 3rd March 2002 the remaining provisions of the Osteopaths Act 1993, which are section 1(4), so far as not already in force, and paragraphs 3, 9, 10, 12, 14(1), 14(3)(d), 14(4) and 14(5)(a) of Part 1 of the Schedule.
