Repeal of provisions relating to the Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work2
The following provisions are hereby repealed—
a
section 10 of and Schedule 3 to the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 19832;
b
the reference to the Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work in paragraph 11 of Schedule 5 to the Government of Wales Act 19983; and
c
the reference to the Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work (UK) in Part VI of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 20004.
