Repeal of provisions relating to the Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work

2.  The following provisions are hereby repealed—

(a) section 10 of and Schedule 3 to the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 1983(1);

(b) the reference to the Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work in paragraph 11 of Schedule 5 to the Government of Wales Act 1998(2); and

(c) the reference to the Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work (UK) in Part VI of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000(3).
