Data Protection Act 1998

1.  In section 69 of the Data Protection Act 1998(1) (meaning of “health professional”), in subsection (1)—

(a) in paragraph (i), for “, child psychotherapist or speech therapist” substitute “or child psychotherapist”; and

(b) omit paragraph (j).
