11. In regulation 1 of the Regulation of Care (Requirements as to Care Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1) (citation, commencement and interpretation), in paragraph (2)(f), for “Professions Supplementary to Medicine Act 1960” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”.
