The following provisions of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 shall come into force on 5th January 2004:
a
Chapter II of Part I (Acquisition and disclosure of communications data) (sections 21 to 25);
b
section 57(2)(b);
c
section 58(1)(g), (h) and (j);
d
sections 65(5)(c) and (8)(b); and
e
section 68(7)(g) and (h).
