The Freedom of Information (Removal and Relaxation of Statutory Prohibitions on Disclosure of Information) Order 2004

Whereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament in pursuance of section 82(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 20001;

Whereas it appears to the Secretary of State that by virtue of section 44(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the enactments repealed or amended by this Order are capable of preventing the disclosure of information under section 1 of that Act;
