In regulation 7 (discharges of industrial waste water to collecting systems or treatment plants) of the Urban Waste Water Treatment (England & Wales) Regulations 1994 M1, in paragraphs (1) and (7), for “Director General of Water Services”, in each place where it appears, there is substituted “ Water Services Regulation Authority ”.
