22. In regulation 12 (river basin management plans: public participation) of the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2003 M1, in paragraph (4)(b), for “Director General of Water Services” there is substituted “ Water Services Regulation Authority ”.
