24.  In regulation 3 (areas of water scarcity) of the Water Industry (Prescribed Conditions) (Undertakers Wholly or Mainly in Wales) Regulations 2004 M1 , in paragraph (3)(a), for “Director” there is substituted “ Authority ”.
