SCHEDULE 1 Amendments of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (c. 48) relating to contracted-out occupational and appropriate personal pension schemes, extending those provisions to surviving civil partners

12.  In section 37 (alteration of rules of contracted-out schemes)(1), in subsection (4), after “widower” insert “or surviving civil partner”.
