PART 3 Amendments of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (c. 48)

17.  In section 159A (no forfeiture on bankruptcy of rights under personal pension schemes)(1), in subsection (2)(a)(i), after “rights on divorce etc.” insert “or on dissolution etc. of a civil partnership”.
