(2) In regulation 15(2), (3) and (4), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.

(4) In regulation 20(2)(c) and (4)(e), for “husband, wife” substitute “ spouse, civil partner ”.
(5) In regulation 33(4), for “husband, wife” substitute “ spouse, civil partner ”.
(6) In regulation 54—
(a)in paragraph (1)(a), after “spouse” (in each place) insert “ or civil partner ”;
