10.—(1) Amend the Savings Certificates (Yearly Plan) Regulations 1984 M1 as follows.
(2) In regulation 17(1)(c), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
(3) In the heading preceding regulation 26, for “and marriage” substitute “ , marriage and civil partnership ”.
(4) In regulation 26—
(a)for “Section 10” substitute “ Sections 10, 10A, 10B and 10C ”; and
(b)for “relates to the price of a certificate of birth, death or marriage” substitute “ relate to the price of a certificate of birth, death, marriage, civil partnership or a certified copy of an entry in the Civil Partnership Register ”.
